  • Things sold at points were terribly expensive. Old town 3+1 white coffee was sold rm25.90. rm10 more than the market price. The food courts do not have many choices. Foods served are not nice. Bad after sales service for some of the watch outlet.
  • I come here a few times a month just to pop my head into the Nike Outlet store. Weekdays is a bit dead but the weekends are where you see people arrive in droves. Toilets are fantastic because these are not only clean but air-conditioned. It's a good place to bring your kids as there are 2 playgrounds, however the relative lack of maintenance is an issue. I notice lesser flies now, used to be a big problem before. It's more of a high-end designed outdoorsy mall, similar in concept with LA stores. My only complaint is a lack of big name F&B tenants and the food court is a big let down in terms of comfort, pricing and variety.
  • 1. Architecture is great, facilities are good. 2. Occasionally, you'll get the really good bargains. 3. Parking is not a problem However, 4. Shops are limitted to high-end brands. Due to this, even with the sales, it can still be quite pricey. 5. Lack of eateries.
  • I've been to Bicester outlet in uk & the one in milan. I would say this is pretty good in terms of the architecture & landscape. In fact to me lucky there's this nice place in Johor otherwise I'm not sure where else is nicer to go. Air conditioning for almost all shops are really cold & outside will have lots of shaded sitting area of you wish to rest for awhile. Well if you are from KL, I don't think it's worthwhile going due to long distance. Furthermore not all items are worth buying. *Please look out for adidas crazy sale. I believe this is also heaven for Singaporean :) Last but not lease, the fried chicken served by marrybrown inside the food court is the best ever. We had that for our lunch & dinner take away. Happy shopping!
  • Branded items. Low prices. Beautiful place. Great variety. Playground for kid also available. Far from downtown, not easily accessible.
