The breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The service is not the best. We found stains in the toilet bowl just after checking into our room. We asked for plates to the room but no one brought them. Overall an okay experience given that its a 4 star hotel. They could do a lot better.

This hotel is really great. The staffs are friendly and very well behaved. Food is perfect but not a wide variety is available. The pool and views are amazing.

Great location to get to Bukit Bintang - only 5 minutes by foot. Rooms very spacious and have all amenities you need (including an iron, ironing board and hairdryer). Hotel seemed to be constantly busy, but still great service. Great view of the TV tower and Petronas towers (if staying on that side of the hotel).

This hotel is amazing, rooms are cheap, staff are very helpful, resources and amenitys are plentiful with services like a bar, pool, gym, spa all on location. Hotel is also located short walking distance to times square and offers amazing views of the KL skyline on the upper floors. Will definitely be staying here again.
