  • You will get food from all the cuisines in this busy street of KL. Arabian Shawarma and Mandi, 24 Hrs McDonald's, KFC, etc are very popular here. Since construction of Metro rail is going on, please e...  more »

  • Though i only stayed 2 nights. My experience was more of a travellers nightmare. It was around midnight and I was with my wife and kid and we had just landed from Langkawi after a very long and tiring day and the only thing that was in my mind was a vision of comfort and serenity when i arrive at the hotel. Instead the bell boy acted like a complete jerk ramming my bags on the stairs and not taking the ramp made for exactly this task and when i requested him to be mindful he told me that the bags are heavy not my fault. Gg wp Ez. Now i was still optimistic, went to the lobby to check in and at the time there were only 2 guests at the reception. I had to wait almost 45 mins for the 2 receptionists to check us in considering the fact that it was really late and that we had a baby (not easy brah). Now adding to all this was the fact that there was an old guy complaining about some bad odour from the room and in that 45 min bracket there were almost 3 complains of the same nature. Now considering that I am not the luckiest guy on the planet, I braced for what was to come (you should know i booked the executive suite which was more expensive and spacious than the other rooms). So we got the keys and got taken to our room, (the elevators suck. The keycard most of the time doesnt work so thats another 5 mins wasted) we took one step in lo and behold the room smelt like a freakin pharmacy. It was the kind of smell that really gets to your head. Anyways i lodged a complaint, tired as hell and now i am just thinking i made the worst decision to stay here. Now it was around 1:45 am approx the person who had to check our room and move us somewhere else was possibly having a cup of coffee on the rooftop and enjoying the views because we were waiting on him for an eternity it seemed. He still didnt show, anyways the female receptionist called us and told us that she had another room for us but it was smaller, at this point i was too tired to argue or say no. I and the fam just wanted some sleep. So we got to the room it was fine we slept. In the morning i was fresh and wanted to give the management a piece of my mind. I told them about my grieviences and that i want to be compensated for the small room and the bad experience, there was a smartass old lady receptionist who said that u choose the room in which we shifted u by choice and i was like "Lady, maybe u forgot that it was between 2-3 am and u didnt have any exec rooms plus u wanted me to act like room service, check the rooms and all. It was late i and the fam needed to rest!" By this time the sr. Mgr showed up who was very kind and polite, she compensated us by giving us a free ride to the airport and a complimentary small toy for the baby and an apology card. Which was a nice gesture. But not going there again. The location is pretty good, rooms were fine with all the necessary amenities. Try ur luck cheers 😉
  • Average rooms. Enough for a few days stay. But not recommended for a long stay. Room was not really clean as I saw some specks of dirts here and there (which is acceptable). But to see human dirts (i.e. b**gers) on the walls made me cringe. I mean, come on, you advertise yourself as a one of KL's top hotels, you better clean up. As in CLEAN UP! There is a mandatory RM150 deposit which should be made known upon booking online so guests can prepare. There is a high possibility that guests wont have enough cash, or credit card missing, or they dont just have their cards with them upon check in. So informing us of the deposit before we book online will add efficiency in the check in process.
  • Awesome hotel. Loved it. Rooms were very nice and spacious.

Joul, shamsoodin, bell captain raj, mr anuwar and all the people in this hotel are very helpful feel i am in my home. I still remember my day i work with them. I miss you all my team. Thank you furama to make me capable of being something in my life time.
  • Nice . Some old bathrooms . Occasionally smell of smoke although it is smoke free hotel. May consider adding more staff at the breakfast to accelerate some services.
