  • Informative and plenty of materials/exhibits to highlight the tin mining trade that once made this place famous all over the world. However, there are very little hands-on materials to promote interactivity with the visitors. But at least entrance is free!
  • Nice place beside Nashmir Restaurant, Bandar Baru Kampar. It is very suitable to know the history of tin mines & tin dredging in Perak
  • Historical place about tin mining, and how local Chinese migrant strike for a living, and history about how WWI and WWII has help tin mining boom in Malaya times..
  • Free entrance. The museum is good for history buff about open tin mining in Malaysia in the Kinta valley. There are souvenir sold at museum shop.
  • Free entrance. A very good educational place to visit for young and old alike. They employ college students to do part time in house guiding here. A must visit when you are in Kampar.
