  • Very beautiful temple. Nice and serene. The cave is very nice. Go through the cave and large Zen garden with lotus pond. There are lots of people exercising at this garden. Gate to garden closes at 530 pm and temple close at 6 pm
  • Beautiful limestone caves. The roof is very high...impressive. Free entrance. Good for a three hours visit. About 15 minutes drive from the city center. I didn't see any public transport, that could be a problem. If you have the GRABSHARE app, the trip cost about 10 Myr (I checked at 6pm)...good deal.
  • Big and massive cave opening, and peaceful scenery at another side of the temple/cave. Great place for picnic and best is you did some homework about its historical background/facts to spice up the visit.
  • I'm amazed with the garden situated behind the cave entrance which is so beautiful and the cleanliness of the cave is very well managed. Suitable for those who want to take photos, even for wedding photo shoot. No admission fee required. Non bhuddist also can visit this place.
  • This is one of popular caves in Perak. This cave is Buddhist temple they allows non Buddhist to visit. The management has keep the cave clean, safe, wonderful garden and nice place to take photos. We have enjoyable memories.

Beware of a proliferation of hotels in Ipoh attributing generous stars to their names--a practice that doesn't necessarily reflect the quality of some of the establishments. Do your research in advance to avoid disappointment. The range of available options is huge, with several Ipoh hotels catering to different budgetary needs. The luxury hotels here often have annexed spa and wellness treatment centers.
