  • About 30 minutes drive from town. And it has decent number of parking lots. A big lot of restroom nearby, next to it has an enclosure of turtles. Then leads to a small steps of stairs into the main entrance to the cave. It's so vast and you can see some birds has already made here their home. Some Chinese deities to pray. Up to the second floor through another flight of stairs has a greater view of the cave, it is so beautiful with the spot lights lit up the ceiling. And more of majestic Chinese deities to pray. Please donate some small fee if you're able to, into their donation boxes. Because this area does not collect any fees, yet the whole area is very well maintained.
  • Very well maintained. You will have to drive through housing areas to get there. Gate closes at 6:30 pm. The atmosphere is amazing inside. Calm and serene. Perfect for meditations.
  • Pretty refreshing! They are dogs, goose, chickens /hens, and butterflies. It is dangerous during typhoon seasons as it gets slippery and hard to depend on stairs especially heavy rain. Short Cycling there is nice and can clear off busy minds for a bit when visiting. Walking is also recommend as well.
  • The rock formations and temple itself are great, although not stunning for somebody who has seen either before. The marvelous part for me are the cliffs surrounding the park outside, and the park itself, which is something hard to find in Malaysia. Altogether, the complex offers both shade and sun, for still and walking meditation and recollection.
  • Great place to test camera lens. Good place to visit hen in Ipoh. Very nice in the morning. Not for people with claustrophobic issues. This place can be covered in an hour by foot. Very nice sculptures of deities. Not recommended for families with small children. Not suitable for baby strollers.
