  • Chocolate Museum says on the sign, but on the chocolate exhibition is negligible. Will be directed to the staff and go into a store and not through exhibition zone. We see showing request I had. I want to buy chocolate variety was good.

  • This is really just a shop, with a tiny section on how to make chocolate and coffee at the start. However, you can't take your time to look at this yourself, you are taken up by a 'guide' and rushed t...  more »

  • Choco butik to eat and look on chocolate. Nothing special but nice)
  • It's a shop but not required to buy at all. Good atmosphere.
  • The prices are way higher than the market price. Bought a few boxes as souvenir; were 'forced' to pay for 2 extra woven bags which I didn't request and were 'automatically' included in my bill. Felt quite annoyed after checking the bill but it was too late to return to the shop as I have already left Penang. Please check your bill before leaving the shop and make sure that they do not included any 'unwanted' item in your bill without your consent.
  • It's a tourist rip-off. Prices for chocolate are at least three times higher than what you would pay in a supermarket. It didn't seem that prices were negotiable. They do have a good assortment and you can taste many different kinds of chocolate, though.
  • more expensive than what chocolates usually are worth
