This is a surprising big museum with a lot to see. Beautiful house and atmosphere to walk around and to imagine how this house must have been 100 years ago.

It's a very nice little museum to visit to understand the Peranakan lifestyle a little more. While there were some items which looked pretty new, one can imagine how they fit into the overall setting. It was a rich visual experience to take in, with all the grandeur and mixture of Chinese and Western cultures. Visited twice and didn't get bored even on the second visit.
Must visit destination for visitors in Penang. Get an insight into the way of life and culture of the unique Nyonya Baba people. This place is unique and no wonder it is ranked highly on Tripadvisor.
Expensive ticket but totally worth the price. The guide 'Fab' did a wonderful job.
