  • Had visited Penang Hill on 2 Oct 2016. Had queue for 3 hours to catch the tram to Penang Hill. Hike up is another way. Cooling at hilltop but can be crowded. Good to have a drink or meal at hilltop.

  • Nice view over the city. Would recommend everyone do it. You can get the tram up, but if you want some exercise, get to the botanical gardens and take the 5km walk up. It's not an easy prepared and a reasonable fitness level. At worst you should be able to hitchhike up.
  • The tram was new and amazing speed, impressive. 10/10 The view above was superb 10/10 Need a good camera to get the best pic. Can take photos with Parrots , Python and Iguana at rm15 per photo. Not bad. Can do Henna and temporary tattoo for fun. Rm25 Many food stall at the food area. Some not open. Never tried the food . Overall good experience.
  • It is true what the legend says- u didnt visit penang if you didnt visit the penang hill
  • Beautiful scenery. Preferably go at dawn or sunset. Night view is amazing too. Air-conditioned electric train to bring you up and down the hill. There's a really nice restaurant up the hill too.
  • the train were newly refurbished, the view from uphill are very stunning towards penang bridge and georgetown. can be cold and misty during early morning or after rain
