Cameron Lavender, Cameron Highlands

2.9
#3 of 15 in Sightseeing in Cameron Highlands
Tourist Spot Ranch / Farm
Treat yourself to the flower gardens of Cameron Lavender, a well-maintained facility with creative decorations and colorful scenery. The contrasts you'll encounter makes this a great spot for photography. You could also just relax, have a tea break, try some of the famous lavender ice cream from Japan, or have a go at feeding the fish in the pond. The garden walkways are quite steep, so wear shoes suitable for uneven terrain. • Excellent place and a must-go if you are on a trip to Cameron Highland. For only rm10 for the entry ticket, you are given access to the entire place. There are a huge array of beautiful flowers to see right from the start until the end. There are many location in between where it's specifically set up for good photo taking, some with props included. Even if you are not a huge fan of flowers, you can simply appreciate the great view of the garden and the surrounding scenary. The exclusive lavender flavoured soft ice cream is also available at the starting point of the garden. Other places includes fresh strawberry picking, souvenir shops with rose toiletries and local snacks. Would I come here again? With some other company that hasn't, almost definitely.
  • Nice place to visit. Love the variety of lavenders they have and the way they planted them. There isn't much space for you to take a good shot currently. It would be good if they could have space to let tourist to snap a full view of the lavender they have.
  • Great place to be for young kids and old. Nice to walk with good weather to walk. Don't expect to pluck good strawberries here, just enjoy the lavender morning glory and many other plantation view that feast the eyes. RM8 per entrance is steep but it's worth it since they're keeping the place in great condition.
  • We initially thought we'd spend 30 min here, but we ended staying for more than 75 min! There are a few different types of lavender, plus many other types of flowers. Nice place to admire colorful flowers, chill, and have some ice cream (we recommend lavender soft serve) and freshly produced strawberry jam. Entrance fees is RM8 per adult (May-17).
  • First time I've been here and wasn't disappointed. The flower gardens are amazing, there are many spots for taking photos and a small cafe. Many other interesting additions make this a great family place
