  • I'd like to encourage projects like this that's why I leave 4 stars. However all other reviews just copy the same.. It was closed for renovation. The renovation was taking place on bottom floor (not ground or top). Let people inside anyway on these floors, there's already a sign people enter in their own risk. Come on. In my opinion the place should not be repainted since I prefer to see the decay, it adds to the story that it's not in use anymore. However interesting construction like I have never seen before. Thumbs up!
  • REMAINING OF THE LAST DREDGING BOAT AT USE FOR TIN MINING DURING BRITISH ERA WHICH BRINGS IN MR CHAN SOW LIN TO RICHES ON PRODUCING HARDWARES TO THE SHIPS.THE PROCESS OF DIGGING UNTIL TO THE FINAL STAGE ARE ALL DONE UNDER ONE ROOF.A P.O.I. THAT WORTH VISITING BOTH SOCIAL AND EDUCATION FOR YOUNG GENERATIONS ENTRANCE IS RM10 / pax with inhouse guide
  • Temporary Close. Under renovation due to sinking pontool. Was told that it will be re-open on May 2017. Nevertheless the on-duty engineer was really welcoming and willing to explained everything about the tin dredges.
  • Temporarily half closed. You can only walk around the dredger and cannot board it because they are repairing it. And you still need to pay RM2.00 per adult to walk around.
  • A must visit! It's an extremely interesting experience to see this mammoth that played a part in the development of the Malayan economy.
