  • We visited this night market in Batu Ferringhi. A lot of cheap fake goods. It is not crowded, but you can get cheap souvenirs like fridge magnets, keychains and such.
  • I have been to some of the best night markets in SE Asia and Batu Ferringhi night markets are worth a visit. The atmosphere of the night market is great and the stall holders are very friendly. It is ...  read more »

  • It is an awesome experience to just casually walk around and see the market. Great place to get some funny t shirts and almost everything is available for Tazers to watches etc! Dropped a star because it can get very crowded so not great for those with baby strollers or on wheelchairs. Food options are also plentiful and mostly very good (at very reasonable prices).
  • ok to pass the time in the evening if you are staying around batu ferringhi/tanjung bungah, otherwise no need to bother coming all the way here from town. there are better night markets elsewhere.
  • Ideal for tourists. Souvenirs like key chains, magnets and other recommended. Imitations of clothing (Fake market) are not of very good quality. As a cultural walk is good. I recommend fruit juices
  • Quite disappointed about the lack of variety of goods sold here; which are targeted at the "tourist" and mostly repeated. Not worth the 1 hour+ bus journey from George Town. The beach side activities are ok with standard pricing at all zones. Food wise, there are a number of upmarket restaurants around, but not those authentic street food we found along penang road and Palau tikus. If you're looking for those "local night market", this is not the place.
  • Heavy traffic from town to here during weekends. Takes about 1 hour for a 10km ride. Sells mostly fake items for tourist. Not easy to find halal food
