  • Although this is a wildlife reserve, the enthusiastic guides are able to show you, and even let you handle, examples of the wide variety of Madagascan fauna. This visit came at the start of a 2-week.....  more »
  • I visited this reserve during my first full day in Madagascar. Eponymously named after its founder Ander Peyrieras, the small zoo is found on the way to Andasibe-Mantadia National Park. The pattern....  more »
  • Here is a large collection of chameleons, with whom you can make friends if you find them among the branches. In addition to chameleons, you will find crocodiles, snakes, geckos, frogs and toads, and....  more »
  • Good place to visit. Not really sure if all of it is good for the animals and species-appropriate. A large area for chameleons. They are just amazing! Some snakes in cages and some tiny frogs and chameleons also in little cages. Still amazing animals. One poor crocodile at the place. Guides speaking more or less good English. If you want to see chameleons. That's your place to go.
  • Great place to visit and see lots of different geckos, chameleons, snakes, frogs and also sifaka lemurs! The animals seem to be treated well. The longer tour is well worth the price as it takes you to see the lemurs. We were lucky to pet them as they were not at all afraid of humans.
  • This is a great little reserve to see snakes, chameleons, bats, geckos, and some small termite-eating creatures. Well worth a stop. The animals are well treated with shade, water, and food.
  • You can see the madagascar reptiles and amphibians in Captivity. Can several cameleons at one place and they allowed you to handle them. But I felt bit bad, ☹️ beacause our guide didn't care while he touching the animals and he was hurried to finish. Guides do lots of disturbance to the animals and didn't speak much english and haven't good knowledge about animals. So, do not spend money only for this long ride. Try to visit Park VIOMMA or Andasibe National Park with another 1 hour ride from here if you want to see leaf tailed gecko, largest lemur and few cameleons naturally.
  • Nice place for people who love reptiles, especially chameleons. The guides are friendly, speak english, and show you every animal, even feed the chameleons so you can get a video of its superfast tongue.
