  • Very nice caste, one of the most preserved in Luxembourg. Nice view to the city and from the city to the castle. For nice picture recommended to climb up to the church. There is a war museum - rather ...  more »

  • One of most beautiful palaces in Luxembourg. I have visited it two times and wish to go there again.
  • This a worthwhile visit for anyone interested in anthropology, photography, social pychology. E Steichen gifted a monumental photographic exhibition and archive to Luxembourg after it toured the world, this is now on perminant display at Clervaux and features some of the most famous names in documentary photography of the 1950s: W. Eugene Smith, Henri Cartier Bresson, George Rodger, Robert Frank, Walker Evans...the list goes on and on. I went last year with my wife and a friend of ours, I am a photographer, they are not, and they loved it almost as much as i did!
  • You'll get a nice overview of what castles to visit in Luxembourg because there are models of castles in this castle!
  • It is an ok place to visit or hiking. Some nice restaurant and coffee places.
  • The Place to go to see Edward Steichen's photo exposition on the Family of Man.
