  • I spent a couple of hours here and really enjoyed it! It's a great way to learn about Lithuanian history and see ancient artifacts. The museum is beautifully created inside the palace and there are parts of the original building visible and well explained in a English and Lithuanian. The observation deck provides beautiful views of the city. It's well worth your time to visit this museum !
  • It was just really too small and boring for the central museum of Vilnius. Recommended for a short visit with foreigners not from Europe, they find it exotic and interesting. For Europeans nothing to see.
  • Not a huge range of exhibits and lacking much in the way of narrative to tie the sometimes random collection objects together. Did have a few nice pieces nonetheless. And it didn't cost much or take long.
  • Museum is not big but there are enough exhibits to keep you interested. I did especially enjoy it because of common history that my country has with Lithuania.
  • Definitely worth the visit (entrance fee is only 2€) as you can gather most of the history of Lithuania. Situated on 2 floors it has also some interactive totems where you can gather more information.
