  • My first impression was rather weird. He reminded me of a man who molested a child, especially as this will keep the arms crossed defiantly looking at the man with a hat. That he touched the child, still reinforced the impression. But of course I'm so completely wrong! Zemach Shabad was born in 1864 in Vilnius, worked at the hospital to feed the Jews of the epidemics and diseases, if they were hospitalized from the battlefields of the 1st World War there. In addition, he had a big heart for orphans, established a children's Hospital, as well as an infant home. There's even a poem on him: doctor Aybolit. What I would like to say you should say prejudice alone rely alone on the first impression, but have so much wisdom, to get people out of a wrong drawer again and to classify. No matter what religion or culture they belong to.

  • Love such monuments city residents, who did not stand high on pedestals, and both would be "integrated" into the environment Wednesday. In the dark they can take over the figures of people. This is one of those monuments. Leaves a pleasant impression.
