  • beautiful avenue that runs through the city center. restaurants and designer shops, bars and cafes... benches to sit and relax in the shade you lime trees.

  • In almost every city there is a main street. Gediminas Avenue (of course, he formerly known as Lenin) is quite long, about 2 km away. Here are mainly massive buildings 20-century where there are administrative offices, shopping centres and cultural sites. Street starts from Cathedral square and stretches to the bridge at Zhverinas. Honestly, I liked how perfectly worthy alternative to low, the cosy old town of Vilnius. Go here for sure you can.

  • Gedeminasa Street-long and wide. Starts from the Cathedral. On the street a lot of shops, restaurants, theatres, museums etc. in good weather, a pleasant stroll, especially in the run up to Christmas all beautifully decorated and illjuminirovano.
