  • The museum is pretty small. We learned about chocolate history in the world and in Lithuania. It was very informative. Staff is really helpful and nice. Good place to visit with families.  more »

  • Good in it's explanation of chocolate and it's processing, but more interesting from a Soviet era point of view. There is also a fabulous and tempting store on the main level. Great in its own right, ...  more »

  • Nothing special to be seen. The exhibits are pretty boring, it feels like the paragraphs next to them are just texts taken out of Wikipedia. You mostly see beans and some fancy old cups. The other rooms are just ads of "Rūta" - you read about its history, the man who created the business, and you see how old chocolate packing looked like. Our guide was cold and not welcoming, so perhaps that's what left the bad impression.
  • Was a bit disappointed: the price is high ( esp for a town like this) and the museum wasn't big. If you've been to the chocolate museum in Riga or elsewhere - going here is no point. But if you haven't been to a chocolate museum elsewhere... this could be a good start.
  • The Museum tells of Her factory (įkurė, which produce, by what it produces, and so on). You can yourself prepare sweets. Running at the bottom of the store brand products, and there is a cosy cafe.
