  • Around Museum of big beautiful park, especially if you're in summer, recommend to walk. The museum itself is a Manor of Prince Tyshkevich, founder of Palanga. Admission is not expensive, with something 2 euros per person. Be sure to ask your audioguide, he is given free of charge. On the first floor Exposition about Tyshkevichkah (with audioguide was so fun to watch!), all about amber. Personally, I liked the part about life Tyshkevich.

  • Very beautiful grounds upkeep is emaculnt. The amber exhibits were nice but the curating could be a bit better.but all in all i had a wonderful and relaxed time.
  • Great place to see beautiful examples of amber! I visited the museum once, but I was in the park nearby many times. There is a beautiful pond with ducks and swans, I liked to feed them with bread. Very romantic place I should say. There is also a nice sculpture "Eglė žalčių karalienė".
  • The park nearby is amazing place for walking with children and dogs. Many plants, trees, ponds and swans make this place very cosy at day or night.
  • Beautiful Amber exposition. Had a great time!
  • It is a very nice museum with a rich history
