  • This zoo is really nothing special when it comes to animals ' (otherwise the guests ') conditions. It, which in turn is exciting, is itself the Zoo. It is like stepping back in time: year 30-40 cages are worn and it is so-so with security measures. It seems that metaltræmmerne into the animals primarily are kept together by the shell layer end green paint. Glass for python snakes were repaired with Gaffe-tape and there was generally no external shielding to rovdyrerne (you could go into the sand and scratching them in coat-if you dare ...). Here there is really an opportunity to get close to the animals-which was also the reason why we kept a close eye on our little son!

  • It's very sad to see animals suffering. The place itself is old and desperately needs renovation. The animals there are incredible but their life is just terrible.  more »
  • A "zoo" where some cages House more than 20 monkeys for a few square metres, a Fox who turn around in his enclosure a sentence of 15 to 20 m²... Many enclosures are damaged and merit a complete renovation

  • Been there 25 years ago. Seems like nothing has changed since. I had lovely memories associated with it. Only now it got worse. Dirty, and stinky. Cages, buildings, fences look disgusting. Cages for some animals are so tiny that I can only imagine how depressing it must be to be an animal of such zoo. Many animals don't look like they have been looked after well. Bears have disappeared (moved somewhere else or died. No idea). What a disappointment! There are foxes where the bears used to be instead. The zoo clearly needs an investment.
  • If you ask me should you visit it, I would say no. Maybe its good enough fol locals, but its sad to see in what harsh environment poor animals live. They need to work on every aspect of this zoo to be attractive not only for tourists, but locals also.
  • Huge. But animals are far away. Feeding times are not well advertised. Great for a day away, but not so great for short visits.
  • Like the only zoo in the country. Olt school CCCP zoo, with concrete all.aroind, small inclosures and no comfort for animals. Constant stink of urine and fecies. It's trying to change that but it takes time and LOT of funding. Hope it will be better in the future
  • Partly renovated but nice place to spend day with family.
