Snow Arena, Druskininkai
(3.7/5 based on 180+ reviews on the web)
As one of the largest indoor ski slopes in the world, Snow Arena provides the chance to learn how to ski or brush up on your skills, regardless of the season. The facility offers several slopes: a 460 m (1,509 ft) long intermediate slope and a 150 m (492 ft) beginner slope (plus a 640 m [2,100 ft] outdoor slope that is open only in winter). Check out the terrain park to try out some new tricks, or sign up for a ski or snowboard lesson. There is both a chair lift and a platter lift to take you back up to the top, as well as a Magic Carpet tow line for children and beginners. If you don't have your own gear, you can rent equipment and snow-appropriate clothing. Warm up with something to eat or drink from one of the four restaurants and two bars. • Cool place. The main slope quite large, well established, two donkey łączki. Two, or three bars where everything is served on cold, dark local sold us after the deadline. Support for terribly slow, "olewająca". Otherwise rides after the artificial snow, the space in which it is ice. It is worth to arrive despite the terribly poor support

  • Went there for a 'snow night'. The snow quality was terrible. It was a mush, sorbet, nobody could go down without stopping a few times. Half of the track was closed. Not worth time and money unless th...  more »
  • Place very well prepared. After two days of driving true Slope is already small. Is the place to do it is possible to eat because of coffee tea beer overall, a very cool place.

  • The worst place i have ever been! The quality of snow was terrible! On every pump of track you barely get over it, moreover at the end of it you just get stuck 10-15m away from the lifts. On the snowboard riding was just ridiculous. Equipment not far better than the snow on the track. On the rent point i got freeride snowboard with bindings adjusted to the other direction (im goofy, the stance was right, just the board was turned all around). The sliding surface was dead, no wax and deep scratches all over the board. And all this fun i got for 45eur!! Are you kidding me?? Waste of money and plenty of disappointment. Never coming back. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED PLACE!!!
Nesilaiko įstatymų ir net neatsako i pretenzija! Negaiškit laiko ir nemėtykit pinigu. Slidinėti ant žoles geriau nei cia! Avoid this place it is a ripoff!!! Spent 15 minutes, it was impossible to snowboard and our board got all covered in some sort of oil! After complain we did not get our money back. We even did not receive official statement why money were not refunded despite it is required by law! Scam!
  • Good place for spending time with family. Full equipment rent services. Restaurant with view to forest.
  • Danga tragiska, trasa siaura, keltuvas kaip vezlys
  • In a nutshell it's a waste of your money... Poor snow quality which is dirty, oily and makes it impossible to ride a snowboard. Even if you manage to gain some speed riding down you will most probably get stuck 10m away from the lifts. We swapped the board twice thinking that it might be because of it. The not-so-wide slope is now split into two unequal halves and 2/3 of it is used for slalom practice which leaves you with only a narrow strip to ride down. All this while charging you the full price. Rented equipment also isn't of the condition you'd expect when you pay €23 for two hours. Very disappointing.
