Make a splash or soothe aching muscles at Druskininkai Aquapark, featuring waterslides, pools, and 22 different bathhouses and sauna areas. Don your trunks for a swim in the pool, which is housed under a glass dome and offers views of the nearby Nemunas River. If you're in the mood for adventure, climb your way to the top of the slide tower and blast your way down one of six slides, including a run measuring 212 m (696 ft). Alternatively, float along the lazy river or bob in the wave pool. Indulge in a refreshing bathhouse treatment, where you can choose from a selection of applications such as honey and salt to rejuvenate your skin. Don't miss spending some time in the sauna, followed by an invigorating splash from an ice water-filled bucket and birch branch treatment--a traditional activity in nations of the former Soviet Union. • The water facility offers something for everyone. The 6 water slides have all different age due to varying degrees of difficulty. The simplest is from 8 years or 6 years accompanied by an adult. Lifeguard strictly control access to the slides (some glasses are banned depending on the slide). The river pool can be walked with a park-own water wheel. A fountain and a basketball hoop has the large paddling pool (Lithuanians are crazy about basketball). Above, it has still a hot tub. The water temperature is warm (24-30 degrees C). The children can romp in a separate area with own 3 water slides, sauna, beach and suspension bridge. The staff closely guarded the input / output there, so no children unintentionally get away. With an extra charge, the sauna area can be visited (no access 18 years ago). The water is chlorine than in Switzerland, causing irritated eyes. The lifeguards are not all the same motivated (2 more had their gaze on the TV screen).

  • Good aquapark, interesting. Were the first time, so it was difficult to understand that where the staff admonished, Russian fluent. Take 4:00 a + b-not enough, visited all 20 baths, swept on 2 roller coaster. Very interesting at some time in the baths of different activities are taking place (bring honey, salt or herbs, tea, etc). People have a rest from Belarus, Russia, Poland, Lithuania, all friendly, prompt and if you have any questions. In the Office with baths bring towels is required. The 3 m floor there is a lounge room, where you can enjoy a delicious herbal tea. In aquapark come back. But already for the whole day or for days.

  • Adore him for many years. There were some, and in the company, but mostly with the child. Relax, you can fine-but gradually he tired, apparently soon will ask reconstruction. And the most unpleasant is a huge Chaz for parking for the last time 8 Euro 3:00-any other parking lot will be much cheaper!

  • Aquapark it's great, good fun for kiddies and enough excitement for adults , we've really enjoyed the spa, especially the massage by the Thai and Asian ladies were spot on! We absolutely hated some of the staffs attitudes! Customer service is letting this place down, not helpful at all, most wouldn't even smile back, very rude!
  • So much more fun than I could have imagined. Great place. Go with a big group and go in winter so you can enjoy the hot tub outside whilst it snows on you.
  • I hope the staff will be paid better soon. I wouldn't smile for bare minimum either:p
  • Not a bad place at all. Can have some nice time here. Worth checking out
  • Great place for bachelor's and family. A 500ml beer was €3 in restaurant and less than €2 in bar! Bowling/Snooker/Table tennis etc all available in common room. And obviously the great water park.

Where to stay in Druskininkai

To fully experience Druskininkai's famous spa culture, stay in one of its spa-hotel hybrids. You can still easily visit surrounding spas but pay less by staying at hotels in or near the city center. If spa-going isn't a priority, consider budget-friendly options outside of the center and toward the Soviet sculpture park, another attraction in the area.
