The snow-covered mountain range contains Thabana Ntlenyana, the highest peak in Africa south of Kilimanjaro, reaching an altitude of 3,482 m (11,424 ft). You can go skiing here at any time, with good snow cover throughout the year, and especially plentiful between May and July. Participate in hiking, mountain biking, and 4x4 driving with ample trails to keep your adrenaline pumping. You can even rent a pony or horse and take a tour of the landscape on horseback.
