  • Really professional service. We came from Mexico and booked 3 days of tours: Tyre and Saida, Byblos, Harissa, Jeita, San Charbel, Balbeck, Jaita, Ksara. Chadi was our agent and he is really cool, punctual and professional. My wife and myself do not hesitate to recommend the service.
  • Great Ancient Roman temple

  • This was my first time in Lebanon and I came alone with no plans. I came across “Tour Beirut” on Google and decided to give them a try! I decided to use the What’s App messenger to send my questions, and actually I found this to be an easier and faster way to get information communicated back and forth. From the start, Karim was very helpful and accommodating with all of my needs and desires! He answered all of my questions promptly and checked in with me periodically up until my arrival. The day of my tour, I was lucky enough to be paired with Chadi, who picked me up from my Air Bnb rental. Chadi is such an easy-going guy and very knowledgeable about every place I decided to go! He answered all of my questions and even educated me on the local culture/ social dynamics within Lebanon, which I really appreciated as a student. For my trip, I chose to visit Beiteddine, Sidon, Mleeta, and the Chouf Cedar Reserve. On the way to Beiteddine, Chadi stopped at a place called Deir Al Qamar, where we visited the Marie Baz Museum. I don’t believe it was on my initial itinerary, but Chadi felt that I would appreciate the visit, and I am truly grateful that he kind enough to try and make my tour the best it could be! The museum was really cute and unique. The owners of the palace, that it is housed in, were very sweet and welcoming. So much so, that Mr. Baz opened his other family palace, which is closed to the public, for us to privately view with him! It was a rare opportunity, one I will not forget, and I owe it all to Chadi! Due to the second palace viewing, I opted to skip the Cedar reserve and continue on to Mleeta. It was a great and very well-done museum, and it was nice to hear the history of the location from the local guide’s point of view! The weather and views were beautiful. Sidon was nice and the sea palace was a nice trip. While there, Chadi encouraged me to visit the souks, but I was pretty tired at this point and decided I was fulfilled and ready to return home. Tip: Although Chadi was kind enough to bring me water, I would suggest you bring extra, in addition to sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, warm weather clothes, in addition to a backup charger for your phone or camera. Chadi was kind enough to let me borrow his charger thankfully!!! He also provided wifi while in the car, which was a great bonus! Long review, but they really deserve all the praise. Ask for Chadi and you won’t be disappointed!!! Thank you Karim and Chadi for a very memorable trip that I won’t ever forget  Rikki
