  • The impressions are constantly shifting, if you walk down the promenade. Life pulsates, comes from all corners of the music (from parked cars), the youth is in full action, skate, Rollerblades or just movement. It is part of the action too fast, is welcomed and it is a class place to enter the conversation with Lebanese.

  • Smelly, garbage from inconsiderate pedestrians throwing seeds and trash on the floor. People regularly play music from cars parked on the sidewalk with make shift picnics. Always find people smoking hookah or drinking in public with little consequence especially at night. No lights at night so enjoy walking in the darkness with creepy people with zero to little security. Parking can be impossible. Can be 5/5 but only if you go early morning to 12pm to avoid crowds, great with bikes when you go early enough. Otherwise dont go.
  • The best place in the world to visit if you're dying.
  • This is not the corniche and Google maps is not the only that got t wrong!
