  • I'd imagine a cave to go underground. This is an alcove. With grafitti carved into it. Nothing else to say about it.  more »
  • The entrance to the cave-on the right bank of the river Gauja National Park near Sigulda. The walls of the cave-red sandstone of the Devonian period (410 million). From Cave Creek drains flows the river Gauja. The depth of the cave is 18 m, width 12 m, height 10 m.

  • Historical Latvian history place (see historical tale "Good Man's Cave"), unique natural object. Cave inscriptions as old as 1667 AD. Not as huge from the road, but really spectacular once you see it ...  more »

  • Very tiny cave, where you won't spend more than 5 minutes. It's ok, as a starting point to Turaida Castle. Around you can find WC, and a small market to buy souvenirs.
  • Who would have guessed that 16th century could be so interesting?
  • This "cave" is a joke really, just look at the photos. Totally unspectacular. Don't worth changing your route for it.
  • You can drink the water from here as it is a rainwater filtered by meters and meters of "sand-rock". Looks more impressive at night if you use flashlight
  • Nice "cave " biggest around , worth to see , 1,5€ for parking
