  • As the name of the structure it is a sanctuary, and was built recently. Has the typical features of the temples and what is revered is a pillar, you can vaguely remember a lingam. Why it was built, in theory, is to celebrate the founding of the city and the membership of its land in Lane Xang, the pillar is a fragment that along with others was found in this place during excavation work carried out for city planning reasons. These stone fragments seem to belong to any existing structure at the time of the Kingdom of the million elephants and is to establish continuity in the land and in the soul of Lao people with its glorious past that were spent billions Lak for its realization. The room is well frequented, and mostly by young people and adolescents, and this leads me to think that it may have also to deal with some belief related to fertility. Clean, well kept, well worth a visit, even non-committal.
