  • 原本寺廟被摧毀了,這是後來鋼筋水泥重建的建築。參觀不用收費,禮拜六造訪,完全沒有遊客及參拜人潮。
  • Wat Nong Sikhounmuang (means pond pagoda) built for the first time in 1729 in the style of Xieng Khouang. But the Vat was destroyed by the fire of the town in 1774. Rebuilt in 1804, it was damaged by time and weather. Finally the temple was completely rebuilt in 1965 in concrete in the Thai style. This temple houses one of the largest pagodas in Luang Phabang. The pagoda is richly decorated with stencils. A style inspired by that of Vientiane, the temple has one of the prettiest roofs in the blazing colors of thai style.
