  • As stupas go this is a pretty nice one and worth a visit if in the area. Is it worth going out of the way or spending lots of time.....depends on your point of view.  more »
  • The wat itself isn't anything wonderful, but the walk down the far side, (we went up from the Royal Palace Museum side), to the river with buddha images and a cave on the way, great views from the top...  more »
  • The temple offers various monuments scattered on the hill overlooking Luang Prabang. Access is a little sporty but worth the trip. Plus, enjoy stunning views of the city, once completed ascension. A temple not to be missed!
