Waterfall
Time your visit to the jungle accordingly to visit Tad Thong Waterfall, the disappearing waterfalls. This series of small waterfalls only appears in the rainy season, which lasts from July to January. The route starts from a restaurant, and people generally complete a full circle back to it in about an hour. YOu can also swim in the waterfall pools. Take a picture of the map at the entrance to know where to go, and wear good hiking shoes, since the path is uneven in certain places. • Not much water in the dry season but the short hike trough the forest, an hour without visiting the village, is really nice.
  • We went during the season dry season, there is very little water, but the ride is nice and there is a Lake to swim! We can even make a game of petanque! However it pays, the places belong to an operator who demand more or less 20000kips.
