Known as one of the easiest 7,000 m (23,000 ft) summits to climb, Lenin Peak attracts hundreds of climbers and downhill skiers every year. The peak rises 7,134 m (23,406 ft) above sea level on the Tajikistan-Kyrgyzstan natural border. Surrounded by lush meadows, the mountain can be accessed without difficulty from a relatively worm base camp by one of 16 routes. Apart from mounting climbing, you can camp with nomads or go horseback riding on the grasslands.
