  • A great cultural lication with the old fashioned shops and authentic restaurants. Must see as a visitor as it represents a part of the country that is well preserved and could not be found anywhere in Kuwait
  • If you're coming to Kuwait, it's the must go attraction. If you're going there to shop, don't expect to find too many local products instead you will find a few Persian shops with some products that you won't find elsewhere. In the middle of the market there is a restaurant chain that makes food directly bought from the market, which will make the pricing vary every time you visit. In the outer rim there is a chain of restaurants that mainly sell Iranian grills in the outdoors, with a nearby kids playground and a ground fountain that kids love to play with. All in all Mubarakeya is worth visiting at least twice once for lunch and a second for dinner.
  • Excellent place for shopping and tourism tours. You can find every thing here. Many good restaurants are there.
  • A lot can be done to make the mubarakiya experience even better, but it still is one of the best experiences you can have in Kuwait. The souk is huge and offers a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Going there is a must for everyone visiting Kuwait for the first time.
  • Even during summer and hot season most shops are air conditioned. It deserve to be on of the best attractive place in whole Kuwait.

Where to stay in Kuwait City

Few look much further than the peninsula of Kuwait City when looking for accommodations. And with good reason too, with plenty of attractions by the waterfront and a wide range of accommodations located here, including skyscraper hotels, standard chains, basic guesthouses, and charming boutiques. But looking further back from the water can bring up some hidden treasures, with the older (or, at least, less recently renovated) districts still possessing a certain storied charm with their aged look and more traditional markets. You'll find hostels, guesthouses, and a few luxury options to boot.
