Dedicated to the world-renowned missionary who spent most of her life in Calcutta, India,  pays homage to the woman known for helping the poor, sick, and abandoned. Born in Macedonia in 1910, this Roman Catholic nun founded the Missionaries of Charity in 1950, which today numbers over 4,500 people who run hospices, orphanages, and soup kitchens in 133 countries. • Either many people try to give a wrong image of Kosovo as a non tolerant country in religious issues this statue of Mother Teresa proves the contrary, Simple and beatiful statue right in center
  • Come on guys, that's just a statue. That's definitely not the most impressive, not the best artwork. There are plenty of other things to see in the city that are way more interesting
  • A small monument, is located on the main pedestrian street, which also bear the name of Mother Teresa. Mother Teresa was born into a family of Kosovar Albanians in Skopje, so it is particularly one in Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania. The monument is not an architectural masterpiece, but step up and honor the memory of the great woman and man of course!
