Germia Park, Pristina

4.4
#Nature / Park, #Must See
Scenic Germia Park represents the go-to place for those who want to soak up some of the area's natural delights. Conveniently close to the capital, the park's 62 sq km (24 sq mi) encompass forests, meadows, mountains, and a huge swimming pool. Bring your hiking boots and explore by foot, or rent a mountain bike. Watch for some of the area's rare and bountiful flora and fauna. Little ones will enjoy the children's playground. Sample traditional Balkan cuisine at one of the nearby restaurants. Or bring a picnic along. To plan Pristina vacation without wasting time, ask Inspirock to design an itinerary.

Where to stay in Pristina

Most accommodations in Pristina lie within its compact center, enabling easy access to the young capital's attractions and vibrant cafe culture. Although the city receives few vacationers, there is a relatively large number of luxury hotels, including four- and five-star establishments. These mainly cater to business travelers, particularly from international governmental organizations, but provide comfort for any guest. If traveling on a budget, consider one of the wallet-friendly hostels; you'll find both dorm-style and private rooms.
