Park Abaya, Shymkent

(4.3/5 based on 35+ reviews on the web)
Offering shaded paths for quiet strolls, Park Abaya is home to many monuments dedicated to fallen soldiers. Walk down a memorial lane that ends with a tall obelisk erected in honor of soldiers who lost their lives in World War II. See the esplanade lined with Russian tanks that leads to a monument representing a soldier and his dog. Another monument depicting a jet fighter-bomber--dedicated to Soviet World War II pilots--was moved to the park from the city's central square. The park also features cafes, playgrounds, and a tennis court, as well as a small water park and a circus. • A year ago, with his family traveled in Shymkent. Many hiked, visited interesting places and accidentally came across the Park. We liked the Park, all neat, nice and sleek fotkalis' lot in the Park, but to sazhaleniju photos.

  • A large, Green Park. Plenty of benches, a small fountain. Only park for walking, but not more, no entertainment and cafes there awful! One species is enough to scare away. Throughout the park there are no bio-toilets, although Park specious!
