Inspirock Rating:
4.3/5 based on 170+ reviews on the web
Relax and enjoy the large fountain at First President's Park, a 73 hectare (180 acre) arboretum set against a backdrop of spectacular mountains. Opened in 2013, the park features an elegant turquoise-domed observation deck and a curved colonnade with a marble arch commemorating the country's independence. Meanwhile, an elaborate fountain with light and music shoots water up to 30 m (98 ft). Paved lanes, flower beds, birch and fir trees, and numerous benches create an easy atmosphere for a stroll. Take some water with you as there are no shops in the park. • At the entrance you will see a beautiful Fountain, but better to see this sight in the evening, after sunset, when the light is very beautiful very large, quiet and cosy Park with many trees, walk, relax, sit on the lawn, soft and well-tended. Very nice place for family holiday together with your partner. as you like! A lot of different corners-sunny, shady, deserted or crowded. As who likes.

  • Guide me in was moving in a car. It was a park is spacious and located slightly away from the Centre of Almaty. It was a central time zone crowded with people was also sparse, laid-back atmosphere.

  • Stately park just outside downtown. Definitely worth it though very touristy. Tip just back instead of the bus.
