  • It is a pretty place, isolated, but well preserved and especially considering the surface to visit very clean. Allow time to admire all the mosaics.

  • We have not gone to Kerak, our guide informed us that a serious attack took place, and instead, he brought us to Um er - Rasas, and he did well! What a nice surprise! UNESCO world, very extensive heritage, a gorgeous, but completely deserted entrance, paths to the main site very well equipped site. It is impressive to see all the ruins of more than 30 churches, partially discovered, or rather, partly still done. Lack of General information, guides, just the police and the army who are not there to inquire, too bad. The Church St. Steven, remarkable for its still very explicit ruins and its wonderful mosaics, is protected under a shed. The tower which is offset to the site is an enigma. Site yet to be discovered, it should bring happiness to future archaeologists.
