  • Went to the Uesugi Festival two days after opening some stores the location somewhat festive mood. Made long walk visits brought small children could relax and fun. Or have been taken in front of the warehouse and the Uesugi yozan Uesugi Kenshin, and while the tourist! Excelsior.
