Nirai Beach, Yomitan-son

4.6
#1 of 6 in Beaches in Nakagami-gun
Head for some fun in the sun at Nirai Beach. The sandy beach features a gentle surf and netted swimming area, making the crystal clear water safe for the whole family. You can hire chairs and umbrellas to keep out of the sun, although it's best to bring sunscreen, as the beach offers minimal natural shade. Despite the presence of public rest rooms and a snack bar, it’s a good idea to bring your own food if you’re here for an extended period. • When you stayed at the Nikko alivila late September 2, played in a row. Beach umbrellas, shower toilet, smoking was close to many. Guests can enjoy marine sports menu in the Maintained on a white sandy beach and the beautiful. It is a beautiful sea. Said he saw the fish! If only the sea tonnahabeach more likely to transparency.

  • This is the Nikko alivila beach. Fine sandy beaches, swimming and crawling Internet, and prevent intrusions, such as jellyfish, can play safe kids. It is a beach is very fine and really clean and inspiring. Followed by the Church and walk a little bit next to the beach.

  • Nice coral-sand and a beautiful panorama. On the right side you can swim out to the sea even at low tide. Here you can find a whole lot of beautiful fish and corals. Hotel provides clean facilities and rental services.
  • Love this beach. Came here for my birthday and love the peacefulness and the beach.
  • Beautiful beach with roped off swimming area. I parked by the Cathedral and went down the stairs there. The sign days staying guests only, but that's not the case. The public is welcome, but you're not allowed to bring your own beach chairs or umbrellas. Rental is ¥3090 yen, and they only accept yen. There's also no atmosphere, so make sure you bring it with you. Beside the roped area are some rock structures that are nice to explore. Also, only small tattoos can be shown, be sure to wear a rash guard or cover up on any others.
  • This is just one place the US Marines came ashore in 1945. The beaches all up and down this side of Okinawa were invading areas for the allies in WWII.
  • Small beach but easy to get to

Where to stay in Yomitan-son

Many visitors to Yomitan-son are exclusively interested in its coastline, so developers have largely pandered to such wishes. You'll find a number of resorts, either on the coast directly west of the town center, or north and south along the shoreline. Looking out across beaches and with ample grounds for pools, restaurants, and the like, they represent the luxury options in town. Head inland a little and you'll find some more humble offerings, including guesthouses and simpler hotels.
