  • Station 2 km from the parking lot in front of the bus or walk or so must be popular. It might be especially crowded, congested Mont also had. It might have avoided swinging out live, so you have to focus on the per day. Are people who line up early in the noodle shop on the way.

  • In the end, we went to SORA terrace. Ropeway is the 156-seater big, very often see the views, was a sight to see. Passing of the ropeway is a little put upon difference, so scary is that. Finally reaches the Summit, views should be waiting. However, unfortunately the Summit was in the clouds. I tried waiting for one hour, sipping coffee, but for a moment, thinner clouds, watch clouds. And there is, unfortunately. Seeing the clouds one did. Also I want revenge some day.

  • One of the most picturesque ski resorts that I've been to in Japan. (Yes - pictures are accurate) Runs at the top of the mountain are nice, friendly for beginners and intermediates but sometimes narrow which leads to some traffic bottlenecks (you know...when a group of people chill out in the middle of the path for some reason). The bottom of the mountain is extremely wide. If you're travelling with beginners and looking for a quick, easy day at the mountain, this is a good place. Terrain is beginner friendly and picturesque so it'll keep everyone happy and motivated. Might be boring for intermediate-advanced riders; they have an extremely steep tree run that connects the top of the mountain to the bottom (therefore a long complete run) but it requires a helmet (didn't have one on me). At the bottom they have a terrain park but I wasn't able to confirm beyond a few jumps and rails. It is by no means one of the largest ski resorts, but it's great for a day trip with a group of friends.
  • No variety of runs at all, too many people and no awareness on behalf of japanese skiers/snowboarders. Saw more accidents there in three days than ever before elsewhere.
  • Nice snowboarding experience !!
  • Friendly staffs
  • It is a college by working part-time was indebted to ski. Love is the feeling of resort hotels scattered throughout the ski slopes and away from the Earth. Divided Valley area and the Skyland area, snow, the scenery changes. The Valley area to open the evening am while in the heart 1-3 family-friendly ski slopes. 4.7.8 slopes for intermediate, 4 ski slopes of Cobb and some steep slopes are filled with people. Students on a school trip filled with bad luck and heavy lifts. View Skyland area will minus 8 degrees or less, against the cold is necessary, clear up, exhilaration, snow, none is best. Without stand in snow when coming face to get back in the Valley area. Also, with both gondola outside kiotoshi track. I like fall than in the advanced course and glide. Snow on a steep slope, constantly patrolling the patrol, which 降rirenaku who once rescued. Once, trying to get a sense of accomplishment. To prevent injuries.

Where to stay in Yamanouchi-machi

As in most mountain resort towns in the country, the accommodations of Yamanouchi-machi lie spread out across the terrain, focusing on the main natural highlights. The hot springs close to Yudanaka train station have a fair number of the most frequented options, with new hotels and traditional ryokans with onsens, along with some more budget-friendly guesthouses. Look along the main highways leading up into the mountains to the east for ryokans and hotels heated by hot springs, as well as some ski resorts.
