    Nakabaru is the remains of a village that existed over 2,000 years ago on this tiny remote island. A nice thing about this attraction is that there are ample English-language descriptions of the remna...  more »

    Sea Road, on ikei island at the end of this pit-dwelling is a great discovery. Seems Yayoi period Kaizuka age dwellings from the end of the Jōmon period, but was restored to good and interesting. At the same time became well known because a few months ago, U.S. Army helicopter crash-landed near farm road.
