  • Gives an understanding of the type of place mountain fortresses were located. Great view of the Ueda / Shioda Plain. But a fuller "castle" experience can be had at Ueda Castle down below.  more »
  • On the round IC on Joshin-etsu Expressway East and water out to SGE, Sanada said this Castle located on a mound of old Kan spur toll road north. Acquires a good sweat is a little climb climb in motor-assisted bicycles. Enjoy the up and down from the village side of the village and from the fantastic panoramic views from the bike is equipped with parking near the ruins of a castle rose, so visits by car is easy. So my recommendation is down on the panorama course not knowing from the mountain village. Is a mountain on the ruins of the prepared explanatory signs and monuments, such as, make up, easy to understand and is maintained. Why built a castle here in great location with Sanada mouth views Kan square face, overlooking the stone castle, Yazawa tenpaku Castle and Matsuo Castle, around the castle we can know at a glance. This is the place you want to visit once.

  • Was very deeply moved and built a castle on top of this mountain because it is the site of the castle building is not what you thought, but it's what I think. Very soothing because very good vantage point around the countryside came out in Japan once upon a time, the cherry blossoms were in bloom.
