A scenic valley known for its colorful maples and fawn lilies, Korankei offers a relaxing walk amid nature along te Tomoi River. A popular outing spot for locals, the has rows of around 4,000 maple trees, which, coupled with a photogenic vermillion bridge, turn this place into a spectacular sight in the fall. A well preserved village with thatched roof houses offers visitors traditional hospitality, with the area as a whole providing a great atmosphere for couples and family outinsg. Find the temple of the 17th-century Buddhist monk who planted the first maple trees in the valley, which takes some two hours to reach from Nagoya.   • This is one of the famous place for red leaves in the central part of Japan. It is close to Nagoya, driving is the best way to reach there. 
  • Shine leaves in the Red Bridge spanning the river. Autumn is definitely recommended. Souvenir shop in diverse views are best, but it is fun to look around and. Autumn entertainer came to view autumn leaves with the children about any family, can be enjoyed. Workshop with fluorite glass blue fluorite glass is often sold in each tourist destinations such as Okinawa as a souvenir, but komakado kazaana cave, blue, green, red, others in sight. High nutritional fortification, such as wild Yam, dioscorea, space potato souvenir shop also sell rare ingredients. Land vegetables and pickles are delicious! Bee, locust Tsukudani are sold. It is (good) is wild, and wild boar dish stand out.
