#170 of 2,151 in Things to do in Tokyo
Enjoy a 360-degree panorama of Tokyo at Sunshine 60, a 60-story, multi-purpose skyscraper, and a symbol of Ikebukuro Sunshine City shopping center. Standing 240 m (786 ft) tall, this building was once the tallest building in Asia when it opened in 1978. You can take a swift shiny elevator all the way to the top in 38 seconds, or you can enjoy browsing through this building, which was designed as a mall. Visit Mega Tokyo Pokemon Centre, Studio Ghibli outlets, or the Disney store before enjoying some crepes on the way to the top of the building, which stays open until 9 pm. We were more than anything to see J-Worl, the NamjaTown i the mega Pokemon Center. The Mall is huge, with stores what you want to buy or eat. It is worth going for a ride

This is the famous spot is located about a 10-minute walk from JR Ikebukuro station East exit. Fashion shops, restaurants, huge fountain, Aquarium, Planetarium, Observatory, namconanjatown and play all day! You'd go in the car because you are going to play in a large group of people, large parking lot.

Where to stay in Tokyo

Tokyo abounds with excellent places to stay, from luxury affairs to humble budget-friendly lodgings. Its glittering skyscrapers house numerous international four- and five-star hotels, both in the populous cultural hotspots of Shinjuku and in the business centers of Akasaka and Shinbashi. Meanwhile, hostels catering to the shoestring traveler lie scattered throughout the city. For a memorable, distinctly Japanese experience, seek out a ryokan, a traditional bed and breakfast with tatami floor mats and sliding screen doors.
