Don't know why people who are not into pokemon would even be reviewing this place, it's like going to Disneyland when you hate cartoons. The centre was fun, great friendly "cutesy" staff, merchandise ...  more »

Pokemon generation! Another child is not still there want to be. Exciting, I know, but I don't understand the new Pokemon Pokemon! Feel the greatness of the Pokemon holding a wide range of ages.

A shaped tail at the entrance to the 9:30 Saturday (open 10 h)... but no need to get there early. Then, it's a store of derivatives. There are figurines card through the fluff... cups... and the candy and other crackers with the effigy of Pikachu... Maps: 150 yen package of 5 figures: 800 yen it's not just tourists...

Not really worth going. If you're a die hard Pokefan then by all means go and tick the box. However all there is is heavily marked up merchandise that u can win easily from Round 1 for half if not less than the ticket price. No dressing up or anything just a cash grab store. It's probably better you keep what picture there is in your imagination and not ruin it by going :)

Not worth the trip. We went to other Pokemon centers in Japan with better selection and prices. The decorations are neat but it's not much bigger than the other centers and the variety of what you can get is mostly restricted to Pikachu. Very disappointing.

Fun to visit for Poke-fans. A few photo opportunities with big Pokemon statues, but other than that it's a store. If you're looking for any product imaginable, but with a Pokemon printed on it, this is the place!

Neat little Pokemon store in a mall, a bit overpriced but the products are official. Small but fairly good selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fun to visit for Pokémon fans, but make sure you research items before purchasing. They can be very expensive, so try to go for things that are exclusive to Japan. It can also get very busy, and with so many people it feels stuffy and smells bad inside the store. Also, make sure to try the gacha machines located outside

Where to stay in Tokyo

Tokyo abounds with excellent places to stay, from luxury affairs to humble budget-friendly lodgings. Its glittering skyscrapers house numerous international four- and five-star hotels, both in the populous cultural hotspots of Shinjuku and in the business centers of Akasaka and Shinbashi. Meanwhile, hostels catering to the shoestring traveler lie scattered throughout the city. For a memorable, distinctly Japanese experience, seek out a ryokan, a traditional bed and breakfast with tatami floor mats and sliding screen doors.
