Teshima is an island located in the Inland Sea of Japan, between Naoshima and Shōdoshima islands, and is part of Kagawa Prefecture. It has an area of 14.5 km2 and a population of about 1,000 people. The island was made famous for a major industrial waste scandal. After a 25 year battle, the waste dumping was reversed in an effort to revitalize the island. The Teshima Art Museum opened there in 2010.

  • We went to the Saturday setouchi Art Festival during the summer months. Seeing meaningful and enjoyable morning was reserved electric scooter ride island from Takamatsu in one ship was light & art tour. This scooter is easy to ride island of sushi round was and is very convenient to go around and look at. Has been enjoying a view of the Seto Inland Sea to Lookout Mountain in the middle of the island so I had time. One thing is an electric battery soon on the way one battery replacement shop returned to. Native island a peaceful and modern art, little fashion still stores and many can enjoy it. I thought whether Ryue likes the place where this island like to divide?.
