  • I went here especially to see the cherry blossom and I must say it was a small but beautiful and elegant park to do so. There were some interesting spots for making nice pictures always with that domi...  more »
  • Walking into this little park between cherry blossoms and sit on a bench watching cherry blossoms is a rejuvenating experience. A few steps from the bridge that connects Asakusa with sumida

  • Not even hot Sakura full bloom in early April, the weather is sunny and cold. At best a little extra time, so we stroll on the banks of the Sumida River. And the time was time that evening. Into lighting the sky in front of the other best!

  • Peaceful and a quiet park. Unlike Ueno this is the place to go if you want to relax and think about stuff. There's a ton of doves and some crows. A temple and also a small pond with turtles and fishes
  • One of my favorite places in Tokyo. From here you can have a very nice view of Tokyo Skytree and the Sumida river. It is a busy place at cherry blossoms season. It is a great place to walk at summer time.
  • Nice park next to sumida river. You will get a clear view of Tokyo skytree and it is about a minute walk from Asakusa station. They got a very big fireworks show above the river during summer. But! A warning here. To really enjoy the fireworks you want to be in a high up area such as in a hotel building, up in some building, on the skytree observatory. If you are on street level, you will be forced to go behind tall building and watch it from there. You can not be anywhere near the river or bridges. And almost a million go there for the fireworks show every summer. I do not recommend to go there if you know you will be on Street level!
  • All the Sakura leaf flow in the river, its a great view, visit this after you visit Sensoji
  • Looks like an antique park from the 1930s. Walk through it to get to Yushima shrine in the north.
