  • It's a long walk that goes to all the temples of the eastern part of the city. The road is very well marked with signs every so often and is a good way to see the large number of temples and cemeteries that are on the slope of the Hill bordering the city. There is a "long" version of the ride as we did and ends in the Park of Takayama, which is huge. The full ride took us about 3 hours but if you only do part of the temples can be completed on time and a half or two hours without rushing.
