  • About 800 cherry blooms for about 4 km. Lined with cherry trees over a 70-year-old landscape is breathtaking. Cherry is good through a tunnel of cherry blossoms, as built in the Lake Biwa watching by boat or kayak from the Biwa Lake is breathtaking.

  • Cherry blossom season was 4/10 in previous years, this year is cold and still buds hard like. 4/1 started of tourist vessels, but still so early. Pass by in a car in tunnel of cherry blossoms to be from both sides of the road is that with a superb view from the tourist boats on the Cape is a nice touch. Even if Sakura didn't bloom at all yet, so taking pictures around the entrance, came back, but is a nice place. Lake and the distant snowcapped mountains. I think it's spectacular cherry blossoms bloom seen from the land. It seems there are several sightseeing boats in about 3000 yen, advance reservations are required and Bento can organise companies also seem to be. Is traffic jam like the cherry blossoms bloom!. Cherry was before, so anyone without the photo was an all-you-can-eat.
