  • There were 2 big tidbits shops in the middle of the street. We bought all the Japanese snacks here. Pistachio nuts/ cheesecake kit kit/ jelly drink/ pocky can all be bought here. Highly recommended to...  more »
  • For chocolates, ameyoko is the place to purchase them. You can find different types of chocolates in the store near a certain temple area. I'd say it's one of the bargain places in Tokyo.
  • So I went to Ameya Yokocho. Bought in the market of the other end of the sea-urchin and went all salmon was delicious, tasty things if you want to buy. But why not just foreign food and beverage outlets. Image was once upon a time was a far cry from. I'm disappointed, buy I have disappeared.

  • Exciting bazar with inexpensive wares
  • Would love to explore more if it had not started raining. Saw a cheese tart stall but too full to try so gave it a miss. Regretting it now.
  • Very cheap
  • Next to Ueno Station are very crowded with shops both these two pathways of food they produce. There is always much confusion especially at lunchtime and eateries are besieged. We tried that brochettes are great! The area is very characteristic, if you want to enjoy a slice of Japanese life lively and colorful.

  • Shopping area where you can find anything. From shoes, household, until any food products. The area is picturesque and worth visiting it. There are many street stalls where you can eat or chop anything.
