  • Shinjuku-Nishiguchi station! camera, Yodobashi camera! shops facing legs though seldom pushed household appliance retailers are CM, but recently, suburban home appliances retailer, Yodobashi camera.com to store is a go. Extensive where lost is a charm.

  • Though in term of electronics stuff, Yodobashi Shinjuku has a wide array of electronic needs from cellphones, laptop, chargers, cables, cameras and other stuff, it lacks the other stuff like toys and ...  more »
  • Yodobashi Camera is if you ask me the best electronics store in the store. Something unimaginable in Netherlands, this is a department store only for electronics. You can actually buy anything, from white goods to computer games. Even if you buy nothing, then this is one of the things that you must have seen in Japan. There are several Yodobashi stores in Japan and Tokyo. The best are these in Shinjuku and the gene in Akihabara.

  • Big store but an absolute mess of confusion. Several different buildings, somehow attached (could never figure out how to go between). Can't bring products between floors, so you have to spend minimum ¥5400 on each floor to do tax free. Staff are as always very helpful though. From the parts of the store I could actually find, there was also the usual good selection. I would highly suggest going to the Akihabara location, much easier to navigate and I think better selection, think it's bigger as well but at least all one building.
  • OMG - if you want to try headphones - the 5th floor (North building) has like 1000 for you to listen to - many with audio plug so you can plug in your own smartphone to compare - prices up to 180000 yen or Au$2200 - that's 2 hours of my life I'll never get back - I had to bliss out in a foot and back massage chair on the 2nd floor for 30 minutes - OMG I'm trapped here!!!
  • If u r a tourist it is a good place to buy a sim card for your phone. Various choice of cards.
  • Great customer service at this location granted you can speak a little bit Japanese. The store seems to be split where one entrance is in a different area and the mobile portion of Yodobashi camera is in another area. Otherwise, great place for anything electronic or to make your own Hanko Japanese stamp for 500¥.
  • You can get everything electronic here. Just be aware of the voltage differences if you are from anywhere other than the USA.
