Inside, the governing bodies for the entire Tokyo metropolitan area have their headquarters. At 202 m (663 ft), the building's observation decks each contain a cafe and souvenir shop. One of them stays open late, providing glittering views of the skyline on clear nights. • I went to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building since December, to meet a little spare time. I felt I wish is not only seen from below, go to the Observatory floor truly manipulate the State budget of the country. I saw a diet, you have seen that weren't in the Koike?. External 1 F Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office canteen menu very reasonably priced was impressive. Often, such was complete with latency. Observation deck of the South and the North, which is what that 上garemashita without waiting for the North but will not wait for the South was pretty. I would so far seem different.

  • I would recommend tourist staying at Shinjuku or dropping by Japan to visit this place. The location is free and provides a great view of Shinjuku business area. You just have to go to Shinjuku statio...  more »
  • It was free, and worth the short walk to get to see part of Tokyo by night ( also fewer people at this time).

  • Top atraction, top view and for free. Free wifi and if you are lucky you can see Fujy Mount!
  • 6pm visit, North Tower... With no que and only 55 seconds to the 45th floor it's worth 30 minutes of time to check out Tokyo's skyline at night. Oh and freeeee...
  • The plebs are only allowed up to the 45th floor, but the view is dope. Do it at any time of day. I'd also recommend taking a picture of all the pedestrians down below, sadistically crushing them between your thumb and index finger. A maniacal chuckle helps. So this is how Godzilla must have felt!
  • A free high rise view of tokyo. A must see for any visiting traveler. On a good day you will be able to see Mt Fuji in the distance. There is a nice cafe and lots of touristy info to look at. There can be a bit of a line, but it moves pretty quickly.
  • Excellent veiw of tokyo from the top foor. IT TOTALLY FREE! Went up the right tower, but the view for mnt Fuji probably better in the left one. (They change each tower every other day) if your in Shinjuku it a must ^_^
